Intake Conversation Guide
This guide walks you through a Flexmethod® or CorpFlex intake conversation with a client — one topic at a time, in the order the conversation naturally flows.
Each step includes a suggested prompt to ask the client. Capture their answers as you go; most fields are optional and can be filled in as much or as little as the conversation allows.
The intake covers eight areas:
About 15–20 minutes. Read the prompt in each step out loud (or in your own words), then record what the client tells you. Sections 07 and 08 are for internal notes and follow-up — complete them after the call.
Your progress is saved in this browser as you type, so you can close the tab and pick up where you left off. When you submit, you'll get a summary you can copy straight into your notes.
